    We will sit down together and identify the habits you want to build and develop a step-by-step plan to integrate them into your routine.

    Weekly meetings provide support to track progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies along with consistent guidance and encouragement.

  • Tools and Resources

    Access to techniques and materials that support habit formation and maintenance. No change is impossible with the right plan and the right tools.

  • Affordability

    Sometimes we know the changes we need to make and we just need to make them. Clients typically receive coaching for just 1-3 months before habits have been established.

  • Meeting You Where You Are

    As a therapist and a coach, I am uniquely positioned to help you overcome some of the mental barriers you may be experiencing around forming habits and creating the life you want.

  • Sustainability

    Change is hard work, and you don’t want to come all this way for nothing. Once habits begin to form, we will work on establishing systems that will allow you to keep those changes long after our work together ends.
